Paul Winger, Professor of Memorial University in Canada. Professor Paul Wingerobtained his bachelor degree in Dalhousie University and then master and Ph.D.degree in the Graduate School of the Memorial University in Canada. He joinedin CSAR in 2003 and became a director in 2005. His main research directions aresustainable fishery technology, fish ethology, ecological behavior, reductionof the ecological influence of fishing (influence of bycatch and bottom trawlon seabed), and energy-saving for fishery.
