Mr. Taro Miyake Mine, the president of Japan Chobe Co. Ltd. visited our school with his three colleagues in the afternoon of Sep16. The two sides jointly reviewed the three-year cooperation since SHOU-Chobe laboratory was established, expressing high satisfaction with the results achieved.
Mr Miyake said that China's remarkable economic development has aroused attention all around the world, and the structure of people's diet and life has been changing. 20 years ago, in the light of the original intention of providing safe, delicious and full of nutrients salad dressing to Chinese people as well as enriching Chinese dining tables, we came to China and established the business. 20 years later, in accordance with the pace of China's development, we have been trying our best to provide the 130 kinds of cheap, safe and abundant food and food seasoning for the Chinese people through taking Chinese tastes into consideration. The laboratory cofounded with SHOU features as a platform providing an indispensable and friendly channel, and has become the fundamental guarantee of the stable development of our overseas enterprises. Mr Miyake also extended cordial thanks to the assistance offered by the cooperated laboratory and Shanghai Institute of Food Science and Technology and other institutions in terms of laws and regulations as well as norms of enterprises production to the Chobe affiliation in China.
Both parties unanimously believed that the established cooperation was successful, and in the future two parties could embark on more collaboration from the perspective of food safety and diversity as well as the combination of advanced techniques and traditional foods, aiming at accomplishing new breakthrough.
